Cancellation Policy

Trip Cancellation:
  • All deposits placed for booking are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation any time before 72 hours of the trip start time gets an 80% refund.
  • 50% within 72 hours and up to 24 hours of the charter.
  • 100% within 24 hours of the charter, there is no refund option.
Trip Time & Date Reschedule:
  • The customer has the right to change the date and time once every 72 hours before the trip’s starting time (day and time are subject to availability).
No Show & Missed Trips:
  • If you do not inform us to cancel your reservation, there is no refund option.
  • If you miss the trip’s date and time (no-show), there is no refund option.
Cancellation Policy on High Demand Days:
  • Canceled bookings on Saturdays and Sundays (days of high demand) based on the customer’s request, there is no refund option.
Cancellation From Our Side:

We may cancel your reservation due to an event outside our control such as bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, and new laws, you will be offered alternatives or schedule the trip on another day, and in the event of non-acceptance, a full refund will be given.
